So much potential
As a parent this app has so much potential to keep you informed of what your little darling is up to in school. Unfortunately between white screens and the lack of notifications that’s easier said than done.

Stuck on loading screen
I downloaded this app and what happened is that it kept redirecting me into safari and opening the web version of class charts parents and when i go back to the app it is stuck on a loading screen that never disappears.
Please fix this so i can use this app.

App constantly fails to open in iPhone.
Notifications, lack of
Recently moved to Apple and iOS26, this app doesn’t send notifications despite all being enabled. No problems on older iOS (so I’m told), relying on emails to be notified when you shouldn’t need to.
Otherwise the app works well, keeps us updated with the child’s progress etc

Awful app
The app simply doesn’t open. I’m met with a blank screen.
Don’t Work
Just upgraded to IPhone 17 PM and the app just doesn’t work anymore, keep on getting the error forbidden blank white screen.
Possibly the worst app EVER!
Whenever I use this app it’s hit or miss as to whether I can actually get on it! Most of the time I end up deleting it and having to reinstall very frustrating! Seems if I have gone on the app once in a day that is it I can not access it anymore!

Frequently have to force quit the app as it only loads a blank screen, problem for over a year on multiple devices

App freezes almost on daily basis, blank screen requiring manual restart/shutdown. App refuses to allow notifications even when I click agree, meaning unless you physically check the app, you are unaware of any school updates. Very poor tech

Poor appalling software
I would give this zero starts if I could. Constantly crashes when trying to navigate screens. Restarting does not resolve and you have to delete and reinstall constantly. Honestly, how this managed to get through quality control beggars belief. Absolutely appalling product.
Another terrible school app
The fact that this app has not been updated for more than a year and that they never respond tells you everything. Schools should not be using this and shouldn’t be allowed to force it on kids and parents.
Blank screen
Every time I open- I have to swipe away a blank screen and reopen - not annoying at all!
Buggy and Unloved by users and developer
Remembering that 1* is the lowest possible rating and that some people are kind, a 1.4 average is quite amazing. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year and contains crashes which are common and repeatable.
