Great bank with excellent customer service…

Meh like the interest rates

It is a hassle with logins but ultimately you can get the info you want. Makes me miss the days when you’d just go to a website vs all these apps which are just wrappers around websites…

Not my Favorite

The Classic Bank Mobile App is not my favorite. Seems to always be down and logging in is a pain as it asks for account authentication too often. I like the old app better.

Deposit

It’s nice to make a deposit on the iPad it’s nice to be able to see everything a plus app it would be nice if u could landscape on iPad other than that it’s great

Rating excellent

As a railroad worker who works out of town, this app has been a lifesaver for me so I can track my expenses plus track if there’s any fraudulent charges to my account and it’s very easy to use and transfer money from one account to the other. Thank you very much.

Frustrated Customer

This app is the pits. The previous app was easy to stay logged into but this one keeps logging you out and then is difficult to get logged back into to check bank accounts. I am thinking about changing banks because I have business accounts and cannot have easy access to my accounts when needed.

Terrible app worse bank app i have ever used. It has problem logins everyday.

I had a hard time transferring funds. I hadn’t used app in a while and somethings changed.

I’m really pleased with how Classic Bank handles my Checking Account! Best interest rates ever! Can’t be happier!

Insufficient

The app freezes up so you have to call customer service to get it fixed. You don’t see anything other than amounts and places of activity (no dates or details). There are some things you absolutely can’t do on the app so you have to login the website. For the 21st century this is a pretty lame banking app.

Horrible App

This app is absolutely garbage, it never saves any login settings. Every time I open the app it’s like I’m setting it up for the first time.

Really annoying and glitchy, almost makes me want to bank with a different bank that has an app that works easy and CORRECTLY.

Frustrating

It will not work all the time. You have to DELETE the app and reinstall it. I believe I will ha a to change banks because of this faulty and frustrating app. When it only gets 2stars rating out of a possible 5.... you have to know it’s not worth keeping. So why hasn’t the bank CEO/President had it fixed or replaced before now???

This app needs a lot of work

Half the time I can’t even log in because the connection is constantly lost. I can hardly use Zelle because of the connection issues. It won’t even let me do facial recognition when I turn that option on.

Sign in issues

The app will not retain settings. I have selected face recognition and it reverts back to making me sign in with password every single time. I log on, it starts out like I have never logged in before, showing me all the new features of an update. I go in select face recognition yet again and it keeps turning it off after exiting the app. Some programmer can’t do his/her job!!! Better to just log on through internet on actual website.

Very Pleased

I have been very pleased with this app, especially since they’ve added mobile deposits so I don’t need to make a bank trip to deposit a check received. It does everything I need the app to do and I have no access issues.
