Classroomcompass is the day-to-day operating system for tutoring and learning centers: attendance, scheduling, inventory, parent communication and reporting in one place. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED Classroomcompass is licensed to learning-center organizations. This app will not work without a login issued by your organization's administrator. It can tell when a student has passed a test, has a new concept coming up, or is simply reviewing a level - and it can put that on the check-in slip or into a message home. NO DOUBLE DATA ENTRY Your students and centers appear automatically from the systems you already maintain. No imports, no spreadsheets, and no second roster to keep up to date. TRUSTED WITH STUDENT RECORDS • Each organization's records live in their own isolated database and file store, enforced by the server - not by a filter in the app - and verified by an automated test on every release • Logins for the external systems you connect are encrypted on your own device using the operating system's credential protection, and are never sent to us • Multi-center and multi-user from the ground up, with role-based access and a member list you control and can remove people from yourself WORKS WITH THE WINDOWS APP This app shares one account and one live dataset with Classroomcompass for Windows. A student scanned on a phone appears on the front-desk screen straight away. Printing - check-in slips, barcode labels and address labels - stays on the desktop app, where the printers are.
