Terrible instructions

Terrible user experience. Allegedly suspicious business model.
Terrible, terrible UI and app performance. It’s more to do with the system as a whole.
Bad
Lock takes forever to unlock I have to try like 3 times before it actually un locks. The app will sometimes not even load and say error so I have to wait outside my home for hours. I absolutely hate this
Can’t get past the login screen
The app starts with a Login screen and you can’t get past it. There is no registration screen.
It is either a phishing scam to get you to enter your email and Phone number with password giving you a 404 error each time you try to login.
The developer needs to create a REGISTRATION process.
It is not well thought out.

Poor design
I can’t even get past the sign-up screen. It asks for an organization ID but I never received one from my home builder. Nor is this documented anywhere on the website. I finally got fed up with it, so I just put “no”. It told me that it couldn’t login with my username and password.
If this isn’t where you set up a username and password, where do you? I couldn’t find a spot on the website nor in the app.
I just want to revoke my home builder’s code and set my own. I’m about to just rip the lock out and get a simple, non-smart Schlage.
(Also, iglooworks needs to work with home builders who use their locks to teach them how they work. The developer in this neighborhood said “I don’t know what the bronze keys are for they just never work” because they set them up first with the silver homeowner keys.)
