Biggest Scam
The first time you use the claw machine, it will let you win! But the next couple times you use the claw machine it will not work at all. I had an item on and the claw machine opened up and dropped it. Never ever playing this again unless they give me coins for free.
It’s a Scam
I thought it was going to be a scam… it is, half the stuff looks like it’s from AliExpress and it is they charge you 4x what the prize is worth in shipping. They had a log in so many times to get a discount off shipping and then that just so happens to vanish but the app still sends a notification that it’s there… it’s not. Don’t waste your time or money on this scam.

Real Claw Machines! Real Prizes! Real Support!
I rarely take the time to leave reviews for apps, but Claw Eden genuinely deserves one.
I’ve tried a lot of reward and game apps, but this is the first one that’s kept me coming back. Playing real claw machines and coin pushers through live cameras is so much more exciting than typical mobile games.
What really impressed me is the customer service. Every time I’ve had a question or issue, they’ve responded within minutes and have been friendly and helpful. It’s obvious there’s a real team behind this app that truly cares about the player experience.
I also love that you can have real prizes you win shipped to you or exchange them for coins or Amazon gift cards.
One suggestion: I’d love to see an official referral program in the future. Rewarding players for recommending Claw Eden to friends and family would be a great way to grow the community while thanking loyal players.

TOTAL SCAM!! TERRIBLE APP
There are so so many downsides of this app! To start, the item selection on this app is horrendous. Everything listed is cheap, low quality and costs an outrageous amount of tokens to even play. Don’t even get me started with the overall gameplay as literally every claw is rigged so that the item immediately falls down, no matter how much tries you attempt. The daily reward gives you barely any tokens whatsoever and anything that is even worth playing for is locked behind an expensive paywall!! The shipping fees for any item also go well beyond any of its worth as 99.9% of anything on this app can be find on temu or aliexpress for super cheap.❗️Worst claw game OAT❗️

BIGGEST SCAM!!!
So I play lots of AP Claw games. I have done my best wins so far on Clawee. Clawee does have a lot of downsides but I won over 100 prizes off that site and I had the monthly $8 subscription. I’m telling you this because this AP Claw Eden is the biggest scam game I have ever played. I played 23 times just to make sure. Every game I grabbed the prize and every time it grabbed on multiple different games the moment the claw reached the top it opened up and dropped the prize right back where I picked it up. Other gamers watching the play commented on how it was rigged. So dump this AP. -100 Stars

Not bad
I enjoy this app for the most part, but please tell your staff to stop putting their hands in the machines and moving the plushies around WHILE IM PLAYING THE GAME. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had a staff member move the plushies around during/after I spent so many credits moving them trying to win, it’s so infuriating.

Took money without my permission
Charged my card for coins I didn’t verify a purchase for so I had to cancel my card and going through a dispute with my bank because I can’t contact anyone through the game to help me with this issue
Prize not shipped
While I want to rate this app higher, my interactions with their team have made that impossible. Out of 4 prizes won, 3 shipped correctly. The fourth was never shipped and is listed as such in the system. Despite this, they continue to refuse to ship it or refund the shipping cost of the item never sent or the coins wasted on said item. It’s exceedingly disappointing given the app itself is enjoyable, however if the team behind it can’t be trusted to fulfil their end of the arrangement, it becomes a complete waste of money. Recommend alternate claw apps are used with better customer service.

I played payed money to win dollar store prizes just to get hit with I HAVE TO PAY 18 US DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING!! I won those prices spent my own money for those stupid tokens just to not get anything Becuse of the ridiculous shipping like why I paid for tokens and used there app they should be the ones doing the shipping not me!!

It’s a scam you can literally grab the item and get close to dropping it In the hole and they open the claws up and drop the item before you can get it in to win. Do not download this game unless you like scam games.

I had prizes in storage and now it says I have nothing. How dare you take away what I earned. This is bs

You can def win but don't think you're winning. The shipping is ridiculous and free shipping in NOT the default. You have to "earn" it.

Literally everything on this app that you can win is on Shein and AliExpress for $1-$3! You’ve been warned. Do your research. I spent upwards of $300 and won around 20 items and then you pay crazy amounts for shipping. For 3 keychains, a bracelet, and another item was $35. Insane. That’s paying for the items and shipping and that’s not including what I spent on the coins to play the games. Don’t get me wrong it is a very fun app and addicting but be weary because you will flush your money down the drain. Literally.
