Used to be good, now feels designed to make winning impossible
I used Clawee years ago, and back then it was genuinely enjoyable. You actually had a reasonable chance of winning prizes and prizes could be won using coins or keys and shipped without any issues. I won several prizes and had them delivered successfully. Customer service was also good at the time. I once had a prize dispute and it was resolved quickly. Coins and games were also much more reasonably priced.
I recently rejoined after years away and the difference is awful.
Games are now far more expensive, meaning the coins you buy barely get you through a few plays. Considering the quality of many of the prizes and how slim the chances of actually winning seem to be it simply isn't worth the money.
I purchased VIP which supposedly includes free prize shipping. I finally won a prize only to find that I couldn't ship it. Instead I was repeatedly pushed into a loop asking me to exchange the prize for coins (which I would then inevitably spend back into the games) or I received an error saying I had reached my shipping limit. I had barely returned to the app and had not played in years. This was my first prize since coming back so the shipping limit made absolutely no sense.
I contacted customer support about the problem and was completely ignored.
Then I noticed there was a countdown timer attached to my prize after which it would automatically be exchanged for coins. So, because the app's shipping system wasn't working (purposely I believe) and customer support wasn't responding I would effectively be forced into exchanging for coins.
That feels like an extremely shady business practice. If a customer has won a prize, has paid for VIP shipping and is trying to claim that prize, the company shouldn't be able to leave them without support and then automatically take the prize back after a short countdown.
This also raises serious concerns under Apple's own App Store guidelines which say apps should not prey on users, trick them, use tricky pricing or charge for features or content that aren't delivered and that users should have an accessible way to get support.
Clawee used to feel like a fun claw machine game where you actually had a chance of winning. Now it feels much more like an expensive system designed to keep you spending while making it unnecessarily difficult to actually receive what you've won.
Very disappointing and I definitely won't be back.

How much I love this game
This game is so much fun we get to winter winter surprises and I just love the way that this game is made no fees know anything just came free. I love it.

Can’t even purchase more coins like it says we can have photo proof as well tried to use my Apple as says I can and say Apple and clawee doesn’t support each other assuming the same for PayPal as well really disappointed in this app.

Keep having problems with the game not loading , and it makes me waste my turn, I’ve lost way too many coins and free rounds from this. And there’s no customer support to help with this problem. They never got back to me

I’ve still not received items from over 2 years ago and support still hasn’t not gotten back to me, and now I’ve been waiting on another 4 packages that still haven’t come, connected support again but still no response. The support center it sends you too from the app doesn’t even work anymore. These people are absolute scammers and I wouldn’t not waste my money on this app.
