Company is a complete scammer and lag issues
I tried to be fair but after playing so many times, their game is always lagging and you have to record your own plays to prove games lag out or you get maintenance mode and lose your sessions after spending more than a $1000, their customer service is no help and just says your out of luck on future plays now. Avoid this terrible company and app and you might as well go to Japan and played there or go to your local claw machine business like Round1. This place is a negative F

If you ever want to feel worse about anything, just play some of this (especially if you can’t afford to throw money around). If you rely on tickets alone (may take a few days to get enough to actually win something— only to get cut off and watch someone else take the prize you’ve been working on. Saw the same guy hogging a machine for hours just scalping prizes like crazy. Honestly every single time I open this app I get a pit in my stomach and my hart sinks. Makes my day even worse, so I don’t know why I even try…

A good but not best game
It’s a okay game unless you got real good luck and if you know how to get enough points and all that but it’s just not the best Lila they say.
App does not update
Try over and over as game demands update for play. I already have 2 prizes waiting and gems for play - but no access to the app. It just keeps throwing me back to update … and I update and it says update over and over again

Such a scam, I waited in a reserved queue for a figure(I was 3rd in line) and the person playing was NOT using the crane for a solid 2 minutes. The game did not switch the turn onto the player and the crane looked almost frozen, Until after 5 minutes I finally decided to leave the queue, only to click back on the figure not even 5 SECONDS LATER, and the prize was won(I checked the video it shows of the previous player winning the prize, and the position of the prize was NOT in the same position when I previously clicked off, it looked like the same crane game, but at a different time)
