Having difficulty with signin
Have had issues signing in, so attempted to use the forgot password option. When doing so a warning message pops up telling that the latest app must be downloaded. However, when I go to the App Store, the app does not show any updates and only allows you to “open” the app, which brings up the same warning. It just goes round and round!

Unable to unlock in app
There is no button to unlock the lock in the app. I can only unlock the door when someone ring the bell there is a slide button on screen. But that’s it.

Bad product. Locks won't stay connected to WiFi. Bad product. Do not buy.

I have questions! I used the in app help that is provided but get no response.
I would contact the developer but there’s no English option. Hopefully a developer will respond here. I love the door lock. It’s amazing. The app however responds very slow when opened and sometimes I get the message “server error” and the app won’t even open. It doesn’t make sense to me that a server needs to be involved for my app to talk to my door lock when it’s connected to WiFi. How can this be made to operate quicker?
