The lock will not stay connected to WiFi. So having the app is of no use. Try chat and never available!!!
Horrible service
Don’t buy this item. The app always time out when you try to view your live video. Finger print sometimes work and sometimes don’t. Can not get a hold of anyone. Setting anything your on your own. They give your a QR code and off you go. Nothing is easy with this item.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work so I don’t know how I’m going to manage the doorbell. It’s frustrating. Wish I knew this before I bought it
App features don’t work
The app features don’t work. They all time out & fail. Like the previous reviews say, you can’t open from your phone, or even login to see the camera. Will be returning.
