Horrible Work On This App

History never shows a report submitted, app shows it has t been worked on in 8 months?? Denver citizens need a way to report please fix this and spend some time on improvement

Worthless

Everything you report is closed and they say they can’t help. This is absolute garbage. 12 reports of issues and 0 fixed.

Useless

Useless app. Everything is outside their jurisdiction or someone else’s problem. So if it is then forward it to the right person. Cherry creek trail, not included. Union station, not included. These are key areas of downtown. Stop wasting our time. Also it constantly hangs up and freezes when submitting a report, especially if you attach a picture.

Disappointing

This has great potential but all of the issues that are reported are marked resolved even though they’re not.

Great response time!

This app is great for reporting both cleanliness issues and non-emergency safety issues with the core of downtown Denver.

I reported graffiti and it was gone within 24 hours. This app is managed by the downtown Denver Business Improvement District, so it’s important to note that they don’t handle everything. Reports submitted outside of their boundary or on private property will be rejected. If you add an email address, they send a lovely response about why the issue was not handled. I wish every city had this app!
