Meal plan
We love the meals! I just wish there was a way to choose some low carb meals and some no low carb through the meal plan instead of having to make your entire order 1 way or the other! I have to make 2 orders and then they adjust the combined price at the store. However, not all of the employees understand how to do it, so it tends to take a while at pickup😢

App and website
I signed up for the app and rewards program today. I received a 30% off coupon upon signing up for the rewards program and app. However upon completing my order I was unable to use said coupon. It also took like 45 minutes of going back and forth from the “app” and website just trying to order meal prep. It shouldn’t be this difficult, I also had no way to get orders delivered so I was forced to choose a pickup location. Idk I don’t understand it so hopefully my next experience using the “app” and website will be better.

Bad app
App is so frustrating I quit ordering anything from them for awhile. I can sign in with my credentials on the website but then it’s not accepted when I try through the app. Redeeming points is a hassle rather than a convenience, as well. Overall, it’s a detriment to the business, not an asset
Completely useless
I downloaded the app to order meals, which just takes you to the website, and the credentials used to set up the app aren’t even recognized. I was so frustrated trying to set up an account and placing an order that I’m not even doing it now, I’ll go somewhere else.
pointless
The app is pretty pointless itself when you try to place an order or do anything on the app it’ll most likely take you to the website.
