We love the meals! I just wish there was a way to choose some low carb meals and some no low carb through the meal plan instead of having to make your entire order 1 way or the other! I have to make 2 orders and then they adjust the combined price at the store. However, not all of the employees understand how to do it, so it tends to take a while at pickupđ˘

App and website
I signed up for the app and rewards program today. I received a 30% off coupon upon signing up for the rewards program and app. However upon completing my order I was unable to use said coupon. It also took like 45 minutes of going back and forth from the âappâ and website just trying to order meal prep. It shouldnât be this difficult, I also had no way to get orders delivered so I was forced to choose a pickup location. Idk I donât understand it so hopefully my next experience using the âappâ and website will be better.

Bad app
App is so frustrating I quit ordering anything from them for awhile. I can sign in with my credentials on the website but then itâs not accepted when I try through the app. Redeeming points is a hassle rather than a convenience, as well. Overall, itâs a detriment to the business, not an asset
Completely useless
I downloaded the app to order meals, which just takes you to the website, and the credentials used to set up the app arenât even recognized. I was so frustrated trying to set up an account and placing an order that Iâm not even doing it now, Iâll go somewhere else.

The app is pretty pointless itself when you try to place an order or do anything on the app itâll most likely take you to the website.

Doesnât work unless on wi fi
The app never works when I am in the store or using data. It always says an error has occurred. At home it works fine and I order my meals. I can never pull up my rewards when Iâm there at the store to redeem them and when they type in my number it says âno rewardsâ even though I have over 2,000 points.

The food is great!!! Iâm continually worried about eating food out of plastic, Iâve already been looking at other food delivery services because of that reason, that reason only! even if I donât heat it in plastic in the microwave, when they cook it Iâm sure it goes directly into the plastic containers and the heat makes the plastic seep in the food, which is very bad for our health!!! there is carton type packages they could use, like Amyâs organic meals you can buy in store comes in a thin paper carton container, I eat sometimes because they are good. I would be so happy and grateful if they would switch this one thing!!!

App is trash!!!
The clean eatz rewards system used to be great when you were able to see your balance and redeem in-store. Now they wonât allow you to redeem in-store and force you to use an app that doesnât recognize your website credentials. Truly a joke. It has been this way for at least 6 months. Fix the app ASAP or go back to the method that actually worked and provided a good customer experience.

The app is easy to use. Not a massive fan of when I order meals that it goes to a website anyway but it is such a small thing that I am not going to deduct for that.
Food is good and easy to follow calories etc. I donât order every week but about 2 times a month. When I do the food is good, ready for pickup and I always buy a smoothie when I go to my local store.

Nutrient dense, option friendly
I love clean eatz for the variety of food options. When you walk in, the freezers are organized by sections. Thereâs basic, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and extra protein to choose from
Good food - bad app
I donât understand the point of having an app if it just opens my browser to the webpage. I can do that myself. I thought the app would be more convenient than the website on safari.
Unbelievable
The food is fantastic. Some things I wasnât sure if I was going to like were so good that I went and tried the things that I knew I didnât like. I still donât like those things, but thatâs not on them!!! If you are struggling with portion control or eating high quality, nutrient dense mealsâŚgive this a shot! You wonât be disappointed!

Whatâs the point?
1.)I downloaded the app to use my meal plan points and it doesnât recognize my email and the all the points I have accumulated with my laptop sign in.
2.) when I go to order my upcoming weeks meals it sends me to the website where I have to log in again.
This app does nothing. An app is supposed to eliminate the need to go to a website, right?! âHey we have an app. Itâs redundant and doesnât really do anything but we got one, hooray us!â

These meals are perfect for my busy life and they actually taste good too. I love the convenience the app gives too.
When is this app getting fixed
I was glad when I was told that Clean Eatz was changing their rewards program and getting an app, but it only worked for the first few months and now it crashes immediately after opening it: been that way for a little over a month now.
