Have an issue connecting every single time I use the app. And why once I have loaded my wallet with more than $25, do you need to hit the bank every time to check for $25? I already paid you and you have my money. No need to hit the bank. Also why stop the machine at $25. I had $33 already paid to you. Ridiculous.

The app is good but Im not sure I trust the amount it charges to my card. It seems not to stop once I’m done my car wash. I have been charged much more than what I used.

No issues. Love the bonus money I get using the App. Staff is helpful with any questions.
Terrible App
I added this app thinking that it was going to make my experience so much better. However, it has just made it so much worse I loaded this card and was unable to use it and I’m still unable to use it. The last time I went for a wash it took the money off my app and off my credit card at the same time horrible decision to use this app.

Car wash app
The app is very convenient but I have it a 3 star because I couldn’t pause the wash like I can when I use my credit card. It would be excellent if it could be paused for 5-10 min. Not to be used another day or anything, just for a few min.
Amazing app and fun game!
I love this game! If I am ever just sitting on my phone I can always open this app and kill some free time! I have also been to the Clean Getaway Carwash in person and let me just say I came back with a smile on my face! My car has never been cleaner! Can’t wait to cash out my points to get a free wash! Definitely 5 stars!
