App doesn’t even work
Can’t log in
I open the app and log in, it works for not even a second and sends me right back to the log in screen
App sucks
Navigation is ok, but when entering information when prompted, results is missing fields pop up and I’ve filled everything they’ve asked for. Blue cross works so much better.
Easy to use
Had zero issues with this app. Easy to navigate and put in a claim. Can also easily see how much is available to you.
Great way to submit claims.
Way better than bringing in every claim to get reimbursed. Easy to use and fast.
