Garbage App
This has to be the worst app on my phone. Between the completely ridiculous security requirements, auto log out, slow loading, and glitchy interface I've repeatedly asked for my company to ditch this company altogether.
Can’t upload images via photo album
This app is great for my line of work but totally tanks when it comes to uploading images off of my photo album rather than taking a photo in app, the application allows the option but doesn’t follow through. I click the button and nothing happens. I’m forced to use the Ecompliance “take a photo” option instead which isn’t applicable when I’m away from a work scene I need to document and can’t physically be there to take the photo after the fact. So please fix this issue if at all possible.

Great app for Safety
Simple and easy to use. Great for my team
It’s the common core of safety apps.
Not user friendly! So many steps to do compared to other sites that I’ve used. Less options for conducting an audit. They will tell you we can customize your site making you believe whatever you want is possible and then once you sign on tell you that you have to wait till enough customers want what you want. Takes a very long time to do half the stuff I did elsewhere. They claim to be a an app first site but but a novice user will lose pictures and data for the first couple of weeks until they learn about certain quirks. You will have to fix it on an computer only in certain cases. When conducting an audit the files are too big to email as an attachment unless you resize your pictures first, other you must send it as a clod link which my customers don’t like. The audits are plain and lacking compared to your competitors. Lastly, I wish you could actually fix your bug fixes. I’ve had the same scrolling issue moving my forms to the top for months! I could have gone on forever this is actually short for what I could have written. Quit bait and switching your customers once they sign an agreement and give your customers the app they deserve!

Easy to use and good team
The app is very easy to use and much better than pen and paper. In the event I’ve had any issues their support team has been really strong and gets a response and solution back quite quickly. Customer Success Coach is really nice and always super helpful. I’ve worked with other HSE softwares and I think eCompliance is the best I’ve used. Would definitely recommend to other companies and HSE departments.
