My company has been using this program for 4 years now and still is the worst service reporting program I have ever used in my 20+ years in the field

Worst app I’ve ever used

Everything is incredibly slow. It will give you random errors and then delete your entire Work order and you have to start all over. Have to click 100 times per work order and every click adds 10 seconds of loading and by the time you are finished with your work order it’s been an extra 30 minutes of paperwork per WO.

ServiceMax Sucks

This has to be one of the worst ways to close calls in the 30+ years I’ve worked in Field Service. What was Roche thinking when they decided to go with ServiceMax? I experience constant lockups/ application freezes, the app is not intuitive at all to use, lots of difficulties and errors when closing cases. Please bring back Clockport!!!
