Terrible User Interface
They do not show you how much money you have left they just provide a stupid list of benefits. Whoever designed this has never used benefits.
Login is borked
Most of the time I am unable to login. Keeps asking je to change password only to get an error that I trying to access a site I have no access to while I do have access. Their technology is clunky and unintuitive
Does nothing
I cannot open the app. It stays on the page Get started. I did delete the app more than once and reinstalled. Same thing keeps happening
Latest Update Broke the app
Latest update has completely broken this app. Hangs on claim submission. Then upon deletion and reinstall, hangs on setup. Cannot even get setup again.
Unreliable access
This app is unreliable for access and operational stability. The prior updates would just randomly hang up, also it makes us reset the password with each access attempt. The newest update now has the system not even get to the log in before it hangs up. Please, simple, just make it simple and reliable.
