Terrible User Interface
They do not show you how much money you have left they just provide a stupid list of benefits. Whoever designed this has never used benefits.
Login is borked
Most of the time I am unable to login. Keeps asking je to change password only to get an error that I trying to access a site I have no access to while I do have access. Their technology is clunky and unintuitive
Does nothing
I cannot open the app. It stays on the page Get started. I did delete the app more than once and reinstalled. Same thing keeps happening
Latest Update Broke the app
Latest update has completely broken this app. Hangs on claim submission. Then upon deletion and reinstall, hangs on setup. Cannot even get setup again.
Unreliable access
This app is unreliable for access and operational stability. The prior updates would just randomly hang up, also it makes us reset the password with each access attempt. The newest update now has the system not even get to the log in before it hangs up. Please, simple, just make it simple and reliable.

Can’t add provider details
There’s been a bug where when you select the province when submitting the hsa claim the app shuts down. Now it won’t even let me move forward.

App insists on updating frequently, booting off user and forcing pw reset, 2fa.

Garbage design
This is one of the worst benefits apps I’ve ever used in my life. Can’t find exactly what’s covered by percentage. Can’t locate a benefits booklet just terrible
Horrible app
Doesn’t even work…. Every time I try to log in, it just says I am trying to g to access something I don’t have!
Biometric annoyance
Every time you try to sign in, it never works. Constantly have to change passwords every time I just the app even with biometrics before the 15 day expiry.

Terrible app, not usable. If lucky I can login then everything else not available. Cannot check balance etc. Why publishing a unusable App?
This app should be considered fraud
It doesn’t even work and I can’t even access my benefits at all because it shows a white screen. UI is so bad I reported it to the Better Business Bureau do BETTER!!!
Can’t see any balances left?
I can never see what balances I have left in coverage. Doesn’t matter what category I select, the screen just goes white and I can’t see anything.

Unable to submit a claim
Forms clear or won’t let you select a dropdown when trying to submit a claim. Useless app.
Screen goes blank
When looking for type of coverage and/or submitting claim. Screen goes blank/white. (Using IOS18.1)
Does the developer not look at reviews?
The app is so buggy and you can no longer check coverage anymore. The most needed functionality next to submitting claims is broken! Also when you submit claims, half the time it goes to a blank white screen then nothing :(. Please fix!!
