So much potential - almost there!
We use this app for our business and for the most part it does the meat & potatoes of what it’s supposed to. We also love that anyone on our team from across the globe can use the app and make calls & texts regardless of where they are! I use the desktop app on my Mac and it’s made my workflow so much faster.
Honestly, most of the glitches & dropped calls ppl experience on here is due to their cell phone coverage. This app purely uses data connect for all its services so it is a slave to how good your connection is.
Now, where this app needs improvement. Sometimes the texts say they haven’t gone through when they have. I REALLY wish they would implement the RCS technology. SMS in 2026 feels like using a fax machine. You can’t even send GIF’s lol. Media such as pictures or god forbid videos come out looking like it’s the stone ages.
Hopefully they continue to improve these features as the foundation of this is great!

So many failures
So many network failures. Will say it’s forwarded but it’s not. Always network errors that you can’t even sign out of the app. It has so many bugs.
Poor performance
App does not send notifications of calls or missed calls. I’ve missed calls from clients and don’t even see they have called until I look at the logs. This app does not work and the service is a waste of money.
Niveau sonore
Ça fonctionne bien. Le gros bobo est que le son est 40% plus faible que l'application de mon iphone. J'ai constaté aussi une difficulté de mon interlocuteur à bien entendre car le son est trop faible. Je dois parler beaucoup plus fort pour pouvoir tenir la conversation.
SMS?? Nope
Added with no success. You cannot text from the IOS computer app and while that seems to be status quo I cannot text from the phone either. This seems like low hanging fruit and despite an escalation a while ago I have not heard a single thing nor witnessed any fix within the app.
