Wow, I mean, why have an app if you cannot ever get an order to go thru? Who coded this? All it’s good for is tracking points but ordering in advance - forget it. I believe the coders learned about programming before Y2K. Don’t even bother having one if you’re going to have on this bad.
Good products terrible app
This app is incredibly frustrating and poor performing. Finding a location and checking out with apple pay is extremely slow and usually requires multiple manual attempts to get the transaction completed. I love these products and every time I open this app I am frustrated at what I anticipate that always comes true. Please take the time to evaluate your performance issues and fix this major issues.

Beware of app
Using the app automatically adds a 1.79$ tip. You have to remove that and use” custom “ to not leave a tip. Certainly not tipping for sometimes unpleasant service.
Poor app design
Poor app design that does not auto feed email adresss and lacked intuitive buttons.
Logs out constantly
I get logged out daily and it says error over and over again . Needs a refresh

App and web app always have issues. Either it’s not working at all, runtime errors. Don’t order online or use the app! They will double charge you

Great place, app needs improvement
Love this place! Everything is always so fresh. Only issue is that there’s always a problem when trying to use Apple Pay or certain cards because of “risk rules”

Poor functionality
I’ve found your app to be hit or miss for the past couple of years. I have given up on probably a dozen orders over the past year due to app problems. It’s strange but consistently has glitches and won’t allow me to complete an order.
