Communication is lacking
Once my laundry is picked up, I haven’t had an issue with the quality of their work but trying to communicate with the company or get answers if pick up was missed feels nearly impossible. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails.

I downloaded the app and none of the buttons work.
Needs update
Seem very convenient but does not work on iOS 16.1
