Kept coming back to this app, not leaving again

I kept deleting and redownloading this app for months. Kept giving up on myself. But it was always there when I came back no questions asked. 27 days clean from cocaine today, longest i've gone in years. I'm not giving up again

Helped me get back on track every time

I'll be real i relapsed 4 times in the first 2 months. Cocaine doesn't let go easy but every time I came back to clean it never made me feel like a failure, just reset and kept going. the reset with the three daily tasks gives me just enough structure without being overwhelming. 7 and a half months clean now and I'm not going anywhere

Finally understood what was going on

quitting weed after 6 years of daily smoking. didn't even think I was properly addicted until the anxiety hit when I stopped.the ai chat helped me understand what was happening in my brain at each stage.it actually felt like talking to someone who knew what they were talking about,not just a generic chatbot.great feature and i love the app overall.
