Amazing app, but..
We love the clean smarts app so much!
Recently, and for the first time however we have reached out with specific questions.
The response only addressed one of the two and when I replied with that fact I was told to send another email with the unanswered question.
This might mean the customer service thread does not include, for them, as it does not for us - the immediately preceding email, which makes it very difficult to keep track of a conversation.
So I replied with the original 2nd question and another one and now it's been 9 days since with no response.
My request would be to create a system where the same thread holds all correspondence with each customer and shorter response times.
Other than that, way to go all of you! I can imagine all the complexity of creating and app like this and keeping it fine tuned!!

DO NOT USE IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
This is the worst work app I have used in my entire working life. It constantly freezes the screen then crashes on me, Tells me I cannot clock in as i’m not “On location” when I am and right now as I am writing this, the app is on a constant loop of taking me straight to my work group chat, freezing, then crashing. If I could give it zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS APP. FIND ANOTHER ONE.

This app is great and the guys at cleansmarts are always willing to help with any issues. I love that they have no problem setting up a meeting to talk about any problem I might have understanding this platform. There might be a few hiccups here and there but they always acknowledge them and work together for a solution. Thank you Guillermo!!!
