You used to be able to find videos and delete them for free now you have to pay just to delete. Yeah no, i’ll just find the vids myself

App Did Not Perform as Expected- Refund Request Denied
I purchased Cleaner Guru specifically to merge duplicate contacts, but the app did not perform that function as represented. It never merged the contacts and always locked up. I canceled my subscription and subsequently received an additional charge. I submitted multiple refund requests through Apple and explained the circumstances, but each request was denied without a specific explanation. I also made several attempts to obtain assistance and received automated responses or no response. Based on the app’s performance, the subscription and the lack of meaningful customer support, I cannot and would not recommend Cleaner Guru. Customers should carefully review the subscription terms and verify that the app performs the needed functions before purchasing.
