App Did Not Perform as Expected- Refund Request Denied
I purchased Cleaner Guru specifically to merge duplicate contacts, but the app did not perform that function as represented. It never merged the contacts and always locked up. I canceled my subscription and subsequently received an additional charge. I submitted multiple refund requests through Apple and explained the circumstances, but each request was denied without a specific explanation. I also made several attempts to obtain assistance and received automated responses or no response. Based on the appβs performance, the subscription and the lack of meaningful customer support, I cannot and would not recommend Cleaner Guru. Customers should carefully review the subscription terms and verify that the app performs the needed functions before purchasing.

Charged me $12.99 after message said free trial.
Just activated subscription which said it wonβt charge but my account was charged straightaway. I have just cancelled subscription but there is no way on app to request refund for misinformation.

Doesnβt really help you deep clean. Charges you WEEKLY. Which is misleading.

Scam over pricked app
I signed up for gut free trial and before you know it was being charged $7.99 per WEEK !! When you bother to look at the subscription options there are several misleading options ranging including a much more affordable annual plan. They hope you donβt notice what you get charged. Buyer be ware!!!

Unfair Charge
I didn't notice that this app was on my phone. It charged me $60 and refused to refund my money. I never opened the app nor used it.
Rip off
They advertise 39.99 a year and then sneakily start charging you 7.99 a week. Beware.
