Kann Abo ebenfalls nicht löschen

Wie schon von anderen Benutzern festgestellt, finde ich die App nicht unter Abos in meinen Apple-Einstellungen. Auch ein Benutzerprofil sehe ich in der App selbst nicht. Wie kann ich das Abo kündigen, das ich ja schon beim herunterladen der App abgeschlossen habe?!

Tippe in den iOS-Einstellungen auf deinen Namen → Abonnements. Dort verwaltest du alle Abos. In unserer App findest du die Aboverwaltung zusätzlich unter Profil → Abonnement. Bei weiteren Fragen melde dich gern!

Ja, unser App funktioniert nur mit einem aktiven Abo. Du kannst es aber jederzeit kündigen oder eine kostenlose Testversion nutzen, falls verfügbar. Wenn du Hilfe bei der Verwaltung deines Abos brauchst, sag Bescheid.
