Best app by far
Cleaner planner is hands down the best app on the market.
Don’t listen to the negative reviews.
Get it and learn how to use it with the YouTube video education program and you won’t regret it.

Good but basic
The desktop of cleaner planner is good, does most things that you need it to!
And is reliable.
The app is as basic as it gets, again, it is reliable. But is in desperate need to of some new features to keep up with competitors like squeegee who continually update the app with new features.
I was hoping that over time cleaner planner would listen to its users that have been asking for investment into the app but it seems it falls on deaf ears.

You will have to pay you £20 fee every month, but they don’t do any maintenance. It was released with iOS 13 and currently iOS 17 (4 major OS updates without any change) does not work well with the app. I can’t download/upload anything.

CleanerPlanner is King
Whilst the reviews here are mostly negative with the app (and I agree with some points), it does what it needs to.
If you have staff they can mark their jobs off all day without any kind of app training or need for much mobile data and you as the employer can collect all their debt in one go with GoCardless.
Whilst trying other software, I’ve found that CP offers a fantastic overall experience and 99.9% reliability. I’ve had one issue of down time in 15 months that lasted 3 hours and it was only the app sync that didn’t work, so I could still update my day on the desktop without any delay.
Long and short of it, CP is trusted by mine and many other thousands of businesses to keep things running smoothly and on time. For £29/49 a month it’s worth every penny.
That being said, a few more app features, and actually supporting more modern iPhone screens would still be very welcome, but I’ve heard this should be rolled out before September.

Not impressed
Considering cleaner planner charges an expensive monthly fee for the use of the service you would expect the mobile app to be more supported. The app is pathetic and hardly ever gets updated, it doesn’t fill the screen on iPhone X which has been out over a year now and it’s a bit ridiculous.
Seriously considering changing the round planning service I use!
