Pane Planner

Pane Planner is built for window cleaners and small crews who need to plan each round, know what customers need visiting today and keep customer records without relying on another external account or a server that fails. Your rounds, customer details and visit history are stored on your iPhone by default, with optional private iCloud sync for supported record data. Plan and run each round • Create rounds and add customers with structured addresses, contact numbers, access notes, service notes, tags, repeat intervals and prices. • Open Today to see due, overdue and upcoming customers alongside recent visit history. • Reorder stops manually or ask Pane Planner to suggest a faster customer order using Apple Maps so you can complete your daily rounds in less time. • Navigate to the first stop, open an individual customer in Apple Maps or see all available customer pins. • Record visits as completed, skipped, deferred or partial. Pane Planner rolls the next due date forward from the visit date and keeps a visit history. • Return to autosaved visit drafts when work is interrupted. Turn visits into useful records Pane Planner Pro can attach proof photos to visit records and reports, prepare invoice or job-summary PDFs, and export customer or visit records as CSV files. Add optional business details, a logo and payment instructions to PDFs, preview each PDF, then send it to your customer by message or email. Starter and Pane Planner Pro The starter tier supports one active round and up to 30 active customers without a login. Existing records remain readable when starter limits are reached. Pane Planner Pro unlocks expanded active round and customer capacity, proof photos, invoice PDFs and CSV exports. Subscription options and localised terms in the app and on the App Store. Private by design Your records stay on your iPhone by default, keeping your rounds available without relying on another external account or an RGT Software server. You can choose private iCloud sync for supported records through your Apple account. Pane Planner does not process payments, so you remain in control of how customers pay you. When you use route tools, only the relevant addresses are sent to Apple Maps services for that request; RGT Software Ltd does not receive them.
