Detail Ledger

Detail Ledger helps independent mobile car detailers and small vehicle-care businesses manage vehicle records, estimates, detailing job cards, condition evidence, checklists, follow-up reminders and customer handover PDFs on iPhone and iPad. Records stay on device by default, with user-controlled PDF sharing and JSON backup export/import. The free plan supports up to three active jobs and six condition photos per job. Existing records, completed history, default service packages, PDF preview/share and backup export/import remain available without Pro. Detail Ledger Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription that removes the active-job and per-job photo limits and enables creation and editing of custom service-package templates.
