Commercial Cleaning

I wanted to take a minute to write this review. I have been using CleanGuru probably for the past five or six years for my business. I had a look for a software for my business that could prepare a professional proposal and keep track of invoicing, etc.. I tried out a few different companies and was not happy. Either was my Director. we kept looking and decided to give CleanGuru a try. at first it was very difficult for us, but then we found they had tutorial videos on each and everything that they have. there is several features that they offer, but we only use a few right now, but we are planning on using more sooner or later. we have been super happy with using CleanGuru. it truly has transformed our business into what it is today. Best One Yet

I have used a couple different apps for my residential and commercial cleaning services business and I can definitely say this app is by far the best. It’s is very easy to use and great on the eyes. One of the best things is they’re response time to any issue is great, along with great Customer Service. I am still learning the system when it comes to maid services and many other things. There a few system things I wish they….had as far as payment methods through invoicing which could link to my accounting system WaveApp, better mileage tracking instead of staff just having hourly tracking for it, and it would be great by for the time tracking to be linked to a payroll system like ADP. Just to name a few but all in all I am happy.

Matt is awesome and very helpful

This software is a Huge help since I’m still learning how to price I got the free trial and now I’m keeping this for good. The contracts that are generated are great they are written very professionally and in a way that make it seem like you wrote it. It’s super easy to edit your services from frequency your going to do them to which services you will be performing.

Great Software

I wanted to grow my cleaning company and participate in more commercial settings around my area. I noticed that I needed to improve some of my business dynamics and offer my clients a professional service a long with a smooth bidding process. After hearing about Garage gurus from another cleaning company I decided to give it a shot. My first impression was that it was very easy to use and it only took me about an hour to figure out on my own. Everything was very user-friendly and I was able to acquire a cleaning contract within a week after using the softwares bidding tools. The first thing that my client told me over the phone was “You have the best proposal I’ve seen so far” and it wasn't just the competitive pricing that I offered but the level of professionalism and verbiage that was included in the proposal that helped me win the bid. This is perfect for newbies and I would also say for advanced players in the game. Cuts out a lot of time and frustration. Also I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan from clean guru that went over some things with me to help and re-assure that I was ok with the software. Very nice so far and I’m going to continue using this software.

Amazing bid generator

I joined on the free trial and made my first bid/proposal. All I had to do was plug in a few pieces of information like the clients name and address etc. and a little info about the property and the rest was provided by CleanGuru. They provide all the professional wording and things I hadn't even considered as I am brand new at this. I felt confident that my proposal was as professional as any seasoned cleaner.

Poorly designed, not worth your money.

This is a terrible app to use from an employee’s perspective. An employer can remove your access to this app at anytime.

Easy Simple To Use Been using it to get new contracts

Easy Simple to use been a faithful customer for several years. Would love to have it so small business owners that speak Spanish can type inside the app in Spanish then enter the information and have it automatically translated to English to be able to send it to your prospects just an idea 😉

Great for my commercial cleaning business!

This has been a great tool for my commercial cleaning business to provide professional bids with minimal effort put into them. You can change things up and add your own wording but it gives you the general outline. I wish there was a form they had for bidding to take notes. But overall excellent experience!

The app itself is amazing. I’m sure it work wonders once I fully learn how to navigate it. Just sent my 1st bid which took quite a while because I kept loosing the information and somehow made 2 accts for one bid. Once I figured that out and that everything needs to be saved I got excited. I do wish you had an apt reminder for clients.
