New business owner
I’m a new business owner and as you can imagine, it’s been stressful. I was keeping time with pen and paper however, JM connect has been a life saver. It has saved me so much time and effort. User friendly even for ppl who are not so tech-savvy.
Very very clunky
Like the majority of other reviews, the app is constantly crashing and kicking our employees out. With 34 employees this becomes a nightmare. They are not willing to make any upgrades to the system, even after multiple suggestions and complaints. Instead of improving the app they come up with a “workaround”. If you are expecting to be able to assign more than one break for an employee, don’t come here. Apparently, that’s far too technical for their developers to handle!

This app helps me check on if my employees clocked in or not, if they get the work done. It also helps me keep track of customer communication!

I was running my cleaning business still with pen and paper (don’t judge me, I am trying! lol). I not only have joined the digital world but I have realized how much time I was wasting with manual processes! We run leaner and are way more efficient. That saves me money and allows me the time to go out and land new jobs so I can grow! We are very happy with JM!
