New business owner
I’m a new business owner and as you can imagine, it’s been stressful. I was keeping time with pen and paper however, JM connect has been a life saver. It has saved me so much time and effort. User friendly even for ppl who are not so tech-savvy.
Very very clunky
Like the majority of other reviews, the app is constantly crashing and kicking our employees out. With 34 employees this becomes a nightmare. They are not willing to make any upgrades to the system, even after multiple suggestions and complaints. Instead of improving the app they come up with a “workaround”. If you are expecting to be able to assign more than one break for an employee, don’t come here. Apparently, that’s far too technical for their developers to handle!

This app helps me check on if my employees clocked in or not, if they get the work done. It also helps me keep track of customer communication!

I not only have joined the digital world but I have realized how much time I was wasting with manual processes! We run leaner and are way more efficient. That saves me money and allows me the time to go out and land new jobs so I can grow! We are very happy with JM!

Waste of Time
This App isn’t a help but a problem we have 20 employees and spend an hour to figure out how everyone is supposed to sign in on this useless app losing valuable time for work. This app is a mistake DONT USE THIS APP if you run a company it’s a waste of time
Great visibility into our operations
JM Connect has been a game changer. I can see across all locations in real time, become aware quickly about any issues, even track supply and equipment usage to avoid delays. I can do all this from my phone without having to be on site!
Saves my business time
Being able to see and manage all cleaning operations in one place has been huge for our business. It actually allowed us to reduce hours on our administration side by automating some of our processes. I’d highly recommend to any cleaning business!

Plenty of issues
The whole geofence is a nice idea, however I have services 3 separate buildings, and thus far have had issues with it not allowing me to clock in due to being outside of geofence or location not being found. Back about a year ago or so the app worked great, roughly summer 2024 is when the issues popped up and have been steady since.

Glitchy and Poor Pic Quality
The pictures sent within the app are poor quality. Pictures are so important to communicate within this app so this issue is a deal killer. Also, the who’s working function doesn’t work properly which makes it difficult to keep track of your employees.
