20 plus years experience using this app
This software has made us very successful. I see some reviews that indicate problems with the software which I can absolutely say are not true. My 20+ years experience with this software has been nothing but reliable, highly functioning, and accurate information. Again, as a 20 year user of this software, I truly question some of the negative reviews that I had read. I can attest to the fact, that simply we have never experienced some of the negative things that I read. Making me wonder who wrote them and what was their motivation.

Awful!
I have to continually delete and reload the app due to getting a white screen that won’t go away. This happens about every other day.
Constantly messes up
Literally every week i have to deal with my supervisors since it wont clock you in sometimes or will never clock you out after hitting stop.
Started getting worse
Cannot get them to respond to emails and appp down again! Should get refund when down because I have to contact all employees and now next day have to update. Refund my account on times app is down. This site getting worse

Needs Attention.
It seems like they’re not updating this app anymore, which is a shame. It is extremely buggy. Here’s a list of the bugs I’ve encountered:
- Error when trying to log in, even with correct username/password and connected to stable network. My boss has to manually put in my clock-in time later, super annoying
- Messages send 100 times. Literally. Someone sends one message and I get notified 100 times.
- Time clock gets really small or really zoomed in, clock in/out button isn’t visible when it’s too zoomed in.
- Randomly logs me out, so I have to log back in before I can clock out
