20 plus years experience using this app
This software has made us very successful. I see some reviews that indicate problems with the software which I can absolutely say are not true. My 20+ years experience with this software has been nothing but reliable, highly functioning, and accurate information. Again, as a 20 year user of this software, I truly question some of the negative reviews that I had read. I can attest to the fact, that simply we have never experienced some of the negative things that I read. Making me wonder who wrote them and what was their motivation.

Awful!
I have to continually delete and reload the app due to getting a white screen that won’t go away. This happens about every other day.
Constantly messes up
Literally every week i have to deal with my supervisors since it wont clock you in sometimes or will never clock you out after hitting stop.
Started getting worse
Cannot get them to respond to emails and appp down again! Should get refund when down because I have to contact all employees and now next day have to update. Refund my account on times app is down. This site getting worse

Needs Attention.
It seems like they’re not updating this app anymore, which is a shame. It is extremely buggy. Here’s a list of the bugs I’ve encountered:
- Error when trying to log in, even with correct username/password and connected to stable network. My boss has to manually put in my clock-in time later, super annoying
- Messages send 100 times. Literally. Someone sends one message and I get notified 100 times.
- Time clock gets really small or really zoomed in, clock in/out button isn’t visible when it’s too zoomed in.
- Randomly logs me out, so I have to log back in before I can clock out
Among others. Just not a good app. Unfortunately I have to use it for work.

Freezes
As an employee the app is good when it works. It constantly freezes and won’t let me clock in or open any of the screen icons. More often I have to delete the app then reinstall it.

It’s not bad, but I would really love to see an Apple Watch app. For me, that would make things sooooo much easier on my job

Good app, but it needs a way to edit schedules while on the go.

Alerts don’t show up since changing to T-Mobile
I have not received a single alert since changing to T-Mobile.
Why does it not work for Android
No way to clock in from my employees with Android phones, been issue.
Can’t add time sheets.
We should be able to add a time card in the app.
Other than that, the design is very “in your face”. A lot of info jammed into it, but it does the job for the most part.
If we could personalize it at least a little bit, like what info we want on the home screen and a drop down to the others (like the website) that would be all too convenient.

Best app ever
This is the best updated app from Chronotek ever, I've been using this company for over 4 years now and this app is a heaven sent, I know where my guys are when they get there when they leave it saves me dollars on the minutes😀😀😀😀😀. I tried other companies the fees, the apps the website are horrible you need to be real tech savvy and rich to use those other companies. #CHRONOTEKISTHEBESTEVER
