Unhappy with Cleanodry’s Services
I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with Cleanodry. Deliveries are rarely on time despite promised timelines, and follow-ups are met with vague delays.
I subscribed to the Dynamic Package, but billing has been unclear and unprofessional — I only receive balance updates with no proper invoices, and corrections are ignored for weeks or even months.
Most recently, I was overcharged for a small batch of clothes — my balance dropped significantly without justification, and despite multiple calls, no one has resolved the issue.
This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
