PLEASE DONT TRUST TUMBLE DRY WITH YOUR SHOES OR CLOTHES!
I had given my NB’s for them to wash with PRIOR INFORMATION to throughly check the condition of the shoes from the outside and well as the INSIDE throughly as the shoes were gifted by someone who is no longer alive. I even called them to tell them to throughly check the shoes inside out and send pictures. NEWSFLASH they didn’t send any picture. Now, when the shoes got delivered guess what I saw? My shoes were torn! Literally torn! We’ll ignore the fact that the shoes weren’t even clean to begin with and when I told them to get it fixed they were super rude and super ignorant about the whole thing. When asked for any sort of compensation they said they’ll offer me 5K to shut my mouth and to not post it in social media. I thought maybe it’s okay and I can connect with the NB team to get my shoe fixed with this amount AND THEN GUESS WHAT THEY SAID? “shoes? you won’t be getting your shoes back as the item is defective, the store will confiscate it.” Excuse me? Those shoes cost 25K+ and just the repair is gonna cost me a good chunk. “this is our policy, if you don’t like it then we can’t do anything about it. you either take your damaged shoe back or take the 5K we are offering you” and then the cut the call and refused to pick up the call and even when someone else is picking up, they are hanging up on us after listening to our concern. NEVER IN YOUR RIGHT MIND GOVE TUMBLE DRY FOR A SHOE CLEAN. This was focused on shoe cleaning but the clothes that I gave them to DRYCLEAN also came with bubbling and white clothes were an unimaginable colour of pink :)

When “Premium Service” becomes a costly nightmare: My experience with Tumbledry
Absolutely appalling experience with Tumbledry. I trusted them with my expensive suede shoes after their store multiple times assured me they were experts. Not only was my delivery was delayed by a week, but my shoes were COMPLETELY ruined- fabric texture destroyed and colour changed.
To make it worse, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is offering a ridiculously 1/4th of my shoes price as compensation. Why Claim to be India’s #1 laundry service if you can’t take accountability for ruining customer property.

The worst service ever!! The took my laundry 6 days ago! And it still shows “in progress” you can’t talk to anyone and the “whatsup contact” it’s just a joke. Find better one- do yourself a favour 😳

Worst Laundry Service – Avoid at All Costs!
If you value your clothes and your money, DO NOT USE these buggers!
I recently entrusted them with several expensive shirts for a simple wash and iron, clearly instructing them NOT to do any funny business as it could ruin the clothes. They completely ignored my instructions, subjected my clothes to harsh chemicals, and irreparably damaged them. The clothes are ruined, and are now unwearable, there is a weird colour bleed.
To make matters worse, when I raised the issue, their customer service was absolutely pathetic—no responsibility taken, no apology, and no fair compensation offered. They acted as if they did me a favor by destroying my clothes!
I also paid ₹5000 for their service, which is now a complete waste. I will never use their service again and strongly urge everyone to avoid this place unless you want your clothes destroyed and your complaints ignored. Best part is they don’t refund the service charge you paid them to destroy your own clothes.
This company is highly unprofessional and negligent. There are plenty of better laundry services out there—save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere!
