Wouldn’t waste your time with this company
Contacted out of the blue by a ‘debt management charity.
They told me they could write of 80% of my debt…put on hold, transferred to a different company all together (clear start accountants) after months of paying high amounts of money (£444 in total) I hadn’t got any further. Tgey wrote to the creditors as I could have done my self in less than an hour. Charged me high rates for this service and honestly then told me that no company can write off this amount of debt…misleading or fraud? Either way I tried to get my money back and they laughed at me basically and told me I’ve wasted my money. Not impressed.

The app not the company
I’m reviewing the app rather than the company. I was referred to this company by a debt charity and to be honest things moved pretty fast. I was told to download the app, but to be honest I deleted it again. It’s very basic. I can’t amend or see my expenditure, and all it has is tips, which is helpful, but I’d like to be able to control my finances. I don’t want to connect to this or that, I just want to see any emails, SMS and letters that have been exchanged and keep an eye on what is going out and coming in. To be honest, the webpage on any browser isn’t much better and always comes up blank so I have to refresh to get to the information. Needs improving.

Scammers
Please do not use this company. They will scam as much money as they can. Lowered my credit score by loads and made my credit history drastically bad even though I was able to afford my debt. Just needed someone to sort it all out in 1 payment but they said lies and “trust the process” crap. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
