When you send money they hold up the money and ask you to send send many documents and now will charge you to refund. Stay away from them. It’s been over a month now and they haven’t given me back my money

The worst money transfer app I have ever used. Thou their rate is very good but you would have to explain yourself for more than 24hours where you get your salary from. They held my money for 15-21days saying it’s under investigation meanwhile my local bank has not had an issue with my transactions. I provided them with my bank statements and payslips and yet they talk to me in a condescending manner.

I send money , hold my money.I try to phone , the numbers are not working .
I request refund but they refuse to refund . Ask for approve of payslips if the money belong to me . The money was not send delivered. They want to charge £10 for their services.
Please don’t take their call . Once you pick up and will frame you up and keep holding money reference to the call they made to you.
