Extremely disappointing service
I sent money through remit home yesterday and as of now the recipient hasn’t received. This is extremely frustrating, especially when the whole point of using a money transfer service is for funds to reach the recipient quickly and reliably. There has been no satisfactory explanation for the delay and this has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If there is going to be delayed customers should at least be properly informed and given a clear explanation of what is happening. I expected a much better service.

Totally no sense.
Hold money without any reason and asking for confidential documents, while I was not wishing to proceed further this was totally hilarious experience that I have been with this app.
Poor service
Very Terrible app, money takes days to send and when you phone them they reassure that it’s gonna be sent but still nothing and you have to phone over and over for something that’s meant to be instant transfer. It’s so inconveniencing and frustrating.

Remit home is not worth of trust. I sent money back home for days, it shows up on the received, but they never paid, I was calling them the whole day for days, they kept distracting me!! They paid on their own time, meanwhile I had someone ill in the hospital. Never again, at the beginning they will make think they are good, then the disappointment will hit big time
