Complete Waste of Time and Resources
Every time I try and use clear there is always some problem. I always have to go to the second screen, sign in, do some garbage that just wasted my time. A friend of mine made it through the normal security line before I made it through clear. Whats the point? What am I paying for? They use the same lines as TSA pre check, just do that. Way less hassle, way cheaper, way less steps, and takes less time. I will never use clear again in my life and will steer everyone away from it like I was sent here by a higher power to do so.

Wont recognize my calendar. Only shows me four flight options. None of them mine. Tried multiple times. Shouldn’t be this complicated for how much membership is. Ended up being unusable.

Sign up and installation of the app is ok, but cannot get past the selfie. I have tried everything - natural light, different brightnesses, indoor light, different backgrounds, but cannot get the app to accept a selfie, so cannot upload my ID. Absolutely terrible.
