NAVY FEDERAL NEEDS TO GET ANOTHER VENDOR. Complicated to set up initially. A pain to log in EVERY TIME. The biometric login does not work most of the time. Does not play well with multiple banks for cross-linking login for planning and awareness needs. The complications of login contributed to me losing $60,000 from not being able to access my data and money.

Can’t update profile data and addresses
I’ve tried several times in the app on my cell and computer to update profile data and addresses. However, it will not update. I’ve reached out to my advisor as well, multiple times, and got no response. Good application but poor response if you experience issues with the application.

Face ID Malfunction
Face ID access no longer works.

For what I would use an app like this for, I feel it is perfect. The value of my account is prominent and being able to navigate to the various options is super easy. If I really needed to deep dive into various components of my account, I’m calling my advisor but to check on performance/value/etc. - 5 stars all day. Well done!

Very underwhelming- but OK
Compared to something like the Schwab app I use for IRA accounts this app is very simplistic. Doesn’t really provide much insight into one’s investments. I would really hope that CUSO would up their game a create something that is comparable to other companies. This app is not user friendly, intuitive or engaging. Please do better!
Edit: Ok, I guess it does what it’s intended to do. Seems to be working a bit better after a reinstall 🙂👍🏻

So easy to track my assets
The Clear 1 app has made tracking my account assets so much easier. I’m on the road constantly and being able to quickly view my account value has been a huge value addition. Thanks for making such an easy to use application and platform.
Financial account info on the go.
Clear1 has been a welcome addition to the services I get from CUSO Financial. Being able to see all of my investment accounts in one place, view account activity, download account statements and even review my financial plan and performance reports makes investing with CUSO Financial easy. I could always see this information on my laptop before but having it in an app on my phone makes it much more convenient.
