About

The meeting ends. You have eight minutes and four things you just promised out loud. Clearhour is for that moment. Say the four things into your phone as the call closes. Clearhour turns them into short commitments; the ones you swipe to keep land in the real gaps in your afternoon, around your actual meetings, inside your working hours. At 15:52 an alarm pulls you out of what you are doing and into the 16:00 call. That is the product: the ninety seconds before and after a meeting, handled. Built for people who work with ADHD, in the language of a work day rather than a routine. FIVE LINKS, IN ORDER See. One timeline for the day: your real meetings, read from your calendar, with your own task blocks between them. A Live Activity keeps the current block and the countdown on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Alarm. Transition alerts on your offsets, not your calendar's. Ten minutes, five minutes, two minutes before every meeting. Escalating, and yours to change. Wrap. When a meeting ends, one screen opens. Speak or type. You get one to five commitments back, each with a rough estimate. Nothing is ever added to your day silently; every item needs a swipe. Place. Clearhour proposes slots in today's or tomorrow's genuine free gaps, honoring your working hours and a recovery buffer after long calls. You tap Accept. Reschedule. For the days that go sideways: push the rest of today by thirty minutes, move it to tomorrow, or mark it "didn't happen". Unscheduled and carried-over work sits in a real backlog. Nothing is ever auto-completed. YOUR ALARMS FIRE Every time-critical alert is a local notification pre-scheduled on your phone. They fire even if you haven't opened the app in a week. No background refresh, no server, no push. A Reliability Check screen shows your permission status, how many alarms are scheduled, what Focus mode can do to them, and fires a test alarm in ten seconds so you can watch it work. NOTHING LEAVES YOUR PHONE No account. No login. No cloud copy of your work. Speech is transcribed on device, and commitments are parsed on device: Apple's on-device model where your iPhone supports it, a fast local parser everywhere else. Your tasks stay in local storage. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifier. One exception: if you write a message in Settings > Send feedback and tap Send, that message and your app version reach the developer — anonymously, with no name, email, account or device identifier. Clearhour never records meetings. Your colleagues are not part of this. Writing to your calendar is off until you turn it on. When you do, Clearhour writes only into a separate calendar it creates for you, and one button removes every block it ever added. WORK STAYS AT WORK Choose which calendars are work calendars. Set your hours and your days. Outside them, Clearhour is quiet. WHAT IS NOT IN HERE No streaks. No points. No pet. No chat assistant. No feed. Nothing rearranges your day without your confirmation.
