Best Customer Service of all the Helmet Comm’s
I’m a Rep for Sena, Cardo, UCLEAR, Exo-Com and J&M. It’s been my experience that UCLEAR hands down has the best customer service. Although Cardo is a close second.
When you call UCLEAR you are calling Boise, ID. Not a call center across the world. Over the years I’ve sold over $100k+ in Sena, Cardo and UCLEAR separately.
I can say with great confidence that none of them are crap (anymore), they are all good and all have their own strengths.
They have consistently one-upped themselves over the years.
Right now, UCLEAR just took the lead with functionality in the HDX-V (in my opinion). It truly works as a hands free device and those functions (commands) are simplistic with its separate Ai chip.
Now if we could just get them to update their mounting system and overall fit and finish to match Cardo (and keep the UCLEAR price tag).
