PLEASE ADD DARK MODE!

The app is working good so far! However please add dark mode to allow us to choose. Every app has this but yours is missing this vital final piece. Had to drop it several stars because your not listening.

Difficulty establishing account

Tried to establish a new account site kept freezing up electronic chat is a joke. It keeps telling me to remove the app and re-download the app. How many times does it take before they get it right? This is ridiculous.

Great App

The old app was fine, but they recently did an update that allows you to do more of your banking easier, especially in transfer money. Our family does a digital envelope system with different savings accounts and being able to transfer that money easily has made the biggest difference. Especially when sending money to people, for bills or service.

Love my Clearwater Credit Union app! Works well!

CANNOT DEPOSIT CHECKS

Love the overall reboot, but super upset about the new “parameters” for check deposit. Unable to get one or the other side correct and photos will not submit, even if they are just fine. There is always some arbitrary issue, the frame is wrong, the scale is off, the signature is not in view. There is no override function like there was previously and it makes the app almost unusable for those who depend on mobile check deposits.

Intrusive ads?

The new app started out great but now we have to deal with intrusive ads for H&R Block and Turbo Tax in the app. Boo Clearwater you should be better than this.

16 digit password is ridiculous

Very unhappy about the fact that they force you to create a 16 digit password. That is a ridiculously long requirement. This is making me want to switch banks.

Update! 01/04/25, please update the app to allow us to choose dark mode. Also change the app icon to dark mode like the new iOS 18. PLEASE!!!! I’ll switch it to a 5 star once this is done.

Finally a good app. User friendly and I SO appreciate it. The mobile deposit is kinda wonky and no dark mode. Still MUCH improved

Like entering long passwords?

Got biometrics? Well it doesn’t matter. About every other time, despite having FaceID on iPhone, and Touch ID on iPad, the biometric is ignored and then you have to log in, with a long, complicated password that they insist on. Hey: it’s my face, my fingerprint. It’s me, guys. Let me the f in.

Terrible New App

Glitchy, and a SIXTEEN character password with poorly functioning mobile deposit

Mobile deposit needs help!

Every app I use to scan a picture works great except for this app. It can’t find the edges, it can’t read the date, too close, too far…error error error. Then you look to see if the deposit went through and there is nothing listed under deposit history. However, if you click “deposit” from the account tab it actually shows you. Seems like 2 steps in the wrong direction.
I’d also like to have the ability to customize the bottom tabs to fit my usage not a canned “this is what people should be using” setup/template. There are quite a few small changes that would greatly improve this app. Hope they find those and fix them.
