App is as horrible as the team is. Requires location to listen to the broadcast, which only works properly 30% of the time. Team has the worst FO, offense and special teams. Only redeeming quality is the defense. They are building a new stadium with tax payer dollars, which unless you’re rich can’t afford. This isn’t LA or NY, go back to Tennessee.

Audio just shuts off!
The app audio stream for pre and postgame programming always shuts off then you get an error.
Radio Volume for games is Throttled
Please for the love of your fans stop throttling the volume of the game broadcast on your app. One already has to be in the Cleveland area to stream game. I just want to listen to game on my speakers or in my headphones without volume being throttled down by 80%. It’s egregious to turn down the volume like this just for games. For what? Please fix this.

Radio and location services failure
Can never get the radio feature to work due to the app being a crappy web app. Can’t listen to the radio broadcast of a game streaming anywhere else due to stupid geo fencing . Do better!
Major F up going on with your app…
There is a major bug with the app. When I try to transfer tickets, it is copying the entire message body and download link into the phone number contact for the message. There is no way to send the text.

Missing background noise of game
I’ve been using this app to listen to the game while working on Sundays. This year the radio broadcast is lacking the background noise of the crowd which creates periods of silence and making the play by play sound dead. It’s so bad that I’d rather listen to a static laden broadcast over my old Walkman radio. I’ve tried to contact the browns to let them know but there is no way TO contact them- no email. I suppose I could write a letter. Maybe this is because they get so many angry browns fans letters. But is this really how you should treat your long suffering fans?

Needs update
I cannot access my dawg rewards and tickets could not be transferred to apple wallet. I had to go through next gen to get tix.
Tickets don’t work in the app
Season tickets will not work in the app for games. They have to be opened from safari then added to Apple Wallet. Super inconvenient and a paid for selling
App needs updated
When I go to my mobile tickets it takes me to the website. This issue needs fixed before the preseason. It doesn’t directly take me to my mobile tickets. This is a problem.
Tickets
I love the app and the accessibility it gives you for all things browns. Only draw back this year is how you have to access your tickets. I’m a Browns season ticket holder and this year it’s causing you to leave the app all together to get to your tickets, before they just pulled up in the app. Hope this is fixed before the official start of the season!

More app icons
The latest app refresh changed my app icon. Provide other app icons for those of us who do not like to use a helmet icon. I enjoyed the stripes before but would also like the dawg logo or elf logo as options instead of a plain helmet
Please have radio muted upon launch
I love the Browns and try to visit the app daily. But is there any way you can have the app on mute when it’s launched? We all aren’t in a place where it’s appropriate to have radio audio blaring upon launching. It would nice if it was auto muted upon launch. I can’t even open the app to check the team news during the day and it’s frustrating. Otherwise a great job!

What happened to the news updates? All I can get is stadium information. This is not good it’s boring.

I understand the inside 100 miles of Cleveland and you don’t get the “Radio”. I live in Tennessee and can never get the “Radio” to work.

I love my Browns App, I had this App for awhile love listening to the radio . On my newer phone the Radio is missing on it 😭 tried to see if it would add it if I opened the app on the App Store , so no it didn’t work , asking for assistance before the playoff game starts in an hour thanks
Frozen at the stadium
The app froze I couldn’t go to its home page I tried everything to fix it I got so upset I thought I could delete it and reinstall it but now the App Store won’t let me Help I Love my Brownies Thanks!
