Glitchy app
The video connection to doc seems to fail regularly. When it does, the provider simply moves onto the next patient rather than call you. The only choice is to go back to the end of the line. If I wanted a Kafkaesque experience, I could simply go to a walk-in clinic.

Calling NP Collette for my first Express Care Online experience was a game changer! She was so kind and helped me relax as I shared my symptoms. Not only did she have a solution for the urgent issue, she made several other suggestions to manage the concern long term.
