No Pharmacy Functions? And why...
Why isn’t there an option to refill scripts with the pharmacy. It’s so convenient to to do this with an app like CVS has (CVS is just horrible to personally deal with).
And why do the functions need to take me to another app? Everything should be within the same app.

All my stuff is gone. This is barely an app now.
Great in addition to website.
This app is great way to get the info I need now fast. I can research my condition on their website on my laptop at home. But if I need directions to the family health center where my appointment is or my doctors phone number, this makes it easy to find quickly. I can even bring up MyChart during my appointment if needed.

Doesn't work
I could never sign up. Always shows they are having server issues and to try again. I was looking forward to seeing it work. Glad I didn't pay for it.
Never worked for me
I have tried this app over 10 to 12 times and it has never worked for me. I always get there is a problem with our… Just your browser and put up with the small print.

This so is easy to navigate and very helpful. You can keep track of future and past appointments, contact providers, and see lab and test results.

This app has been an amazing tool to help manage my health care. Having results, appointments and messages directly from the doctors at my fingertips has made things so much simpler. Thank you for this app!!

Hasn't Worked Yet
Just having signed up for what might turn out to become regular check ups and business with Cleveland Clinic network hospitals, I was glad to see an app to hopefully help make mobile access easier. I put in my information and got a server error. I tried again and got the same thing. I tried again later that day, same thing. I waited over the weekend, same thing. I deleted and redownloaded the app and tried again, same thing. I want to use and like this app but I can't get past the login screen.
Update: Two weeks later still can't log on and still the same server error.

So Love This AP
I have several hospital APS but this one is easy to use and generates email to let me know when test results are back. Great Job Cleveland Clinic and IT department!!!
Easy to use
Easy to use and communicating with doctors office is easy. I know my labs to meds to what is next for appointments. Also goo tips.
Don't know what I'd do without it!
Love this app! My favorite part is the feature which allows you to download your appointments and details with a click!

The site is great. Easy to use, however it's very difficult to go from one issue in "my chart" to another, and the control to go back to a site is on the bottom of the page, not the top browser. If you use the browser you're signed out and have to start all over again which is a pain in the butt
