Opens ads
This was a decent application at one time. It now has advertising that opens ads and takes you out of the app while you are trying to view you cameras/footage. It happens at random times and is just annoying

Camera stopped working after a few years. Not built to last.

Hopeless.
Had these cameras for a few years, worked fine for a while. Now it doesn’t pick up pets movement on night vision and keeps being interrupted with advert reels. Now doesn’t record at all. Now looking for something better.
Please stop with opening links
this app is bordering on unusable because of the amount of time it opens aliexpress without being asked to, please take notice of all these reviews and knock it off!
Ruined
This has been ruined by the ads. They mean you can not use the app AT ALL. When you try to click on anything you are diverted to an external site for Shein etc. it’s made the camera unusable

Had 3 cameras for years absolutely brilliant no problem. Now the app is filled with adverts making it take forever to get to check the cameras.Also have 14 year old daughter who checks cameras as well and some of the ads are unsuitable for year age. Will be changing to another make asap. Would have happily paid to remove ads but sadly no option.

Do not buy refund the camera if you can
Their app was okay in past buw now they started doing so much of advertising, lately now this app automatically kicks you out and launches different app on your phone, which is way too much. Its big No, if you spent a penny that is a wasted forever.

Let down by Ad heavy app
Useless App let down by the pursuit of profit over actual usefulness. Used to be an excellent app but now just ad after ad. Junk the app and junk the cameras. There is better out there.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!! This app is unusable it sends you to a website constantly. This app needs to be removed. I am deleting all data and throwing this camera in the bin.
Unusable due to ads opening
Since the last app update it is impossible to use. If I select MIC to talk it will instantly open up Amazon or shein webpages and come off the CleverDog app. Does anyone know of a good app to use this camera on please?

Adverts killed the video star
No stars, minus 100 if I could. When actively trying to monitor a camera I keep getting diverted to Shein or Amazon. More landfill created because the camera has become unusable.

This used to be a great app, I relied on it to watch my pets but after a short break I’ve just logged in and I can’t go a full minute without some stupid ad popping up for Ali express or Temu. Completely ruined for me and I will be looking for an alternative camera now. DO NOT USE.
