Worst app by far
Good luck getting to your camera view, there are endless ads that throw you in a loop in and out of the App Store, and don’t leave you any way to access the camera feed. Far batter systems out there, don’t fall for this scam!
Not for watching security feed in real time
The app was not bad except that it will lose connection to a connected device and no easy way to fix it.
The worst part is if you have an alarm going on and wanted to watch it, the App opens are stubbornly shows advertisements and it take its time before you can connect and watch live feed. The say how to disable it but the instructions don’t work.

Have error code -999
I can no longer login into my app. I was having issues with it buffering about a week ago and couldn’t view my cameras. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, now it won’t let me login into. Keep getting error code -999. What can I do to get this resolved? Seems like people with Android phones found a new update on Samsung store but what about iPhone users? (Reddit post)They say there is an update 6 but where is that for iPhone users? Emailing support is useless!
