Can’t turn off advertising! Instructions on help page don’t work
No longer works too many ads
It keeps crashing the app and showing a message that some sdk is missing
Have error code -999
I can no longer login into my app. I was having issues with it buffering about a week ago and couldn’t view my cameras. I deleted the app and reinstalled it, now it won’t let me login into. Keep getting error code -999. What can I do to get this resolved? Seems like people with Android phones found a new update on Samsung store but what about iPhone users? (Reddit post)They say there is an update 6 but where is that for iPhone users? Emailing support is useless!

Awful
I’ve never seen another app where I have PAID for multiple devices, and yet the app INSISTS on showing 30 seconds of adverts before I can view my cameras. The FAQ on this directs to an obscure page and says you have to find a hidden button ‘to the lower right on the left’ 😅…It’s almost as if they don’t want you to switch them off. Devices work ok, but awful company.

Don’t buy
Used to be ok. Now impossible unless you buy a subscription and I’m not sure if the subscription is even worth it. Additionally, I think people are watching behind the camera. The camera made zooming in sounds when I was in the bathroom
I am Forced to Watch Ads to Access my Camera!?
This company has gotten progressively worse with time. Originally there were ads included in the app background, and I was accepting of that. But now the app forces ads on you without even letting you access the camera feed. Oftentimes, this causes the app to malfunction. Horrendous. Will be looking to switch systems.

I liked the product in the beginning until I started to have problems. Can’t even get updates. Talk about bombardment of ads. Just too much! 👎🏼

This app was fine before they started adding 2 minutes worth of ads before I can even operate my app….. by the time I check my camera after all the ads it pops up whatever I was going to check is already gone. If I could give this app a 0 star I would. Get rid of the pop up ads that you have to click x 20 times.

DO NOT USE
This used to be a good app, but now you have two sometimes three ads you have to watch before you can look at your security camera display. What the heck good does that do?
Be aware! Scam!!!

Advertising Delays Viewing Camera
I am extremely frustrated with the increasing number of advertisements in the HeimLink app. The purpose of a security camera is to provide immediate access to live video when motion is detected. Instead, I am often forced to wait while advertisements load or dismiss pop-ups before I can see what triggered the alert.
This delay defeats the purpose of a security system. When I receive a motion notification, I need to be able to access the camera instantly, not navigate through advertising content. In a real security situation, even a delay of a few seconds can be significant.
I understand the need to generate revenue, but advertisements should never interfere with a user’s ability to quickly access security footage. Please consider removing these ads from the live-view process or providing a clear option to disable them. The instructions you provide in the app on how to turn off the advertisements doesn’t work. There is no link there is no option to turn them off.
I purchased this system for security and peace of mind, not to view advertisements. I hope you will address this issue in a future update.

CloudCam can’t purchase cloud and sd card no longer works
Had great success with this camera (4) of them and had three on CloudCam subscription and one on sd card since 2022. April 2026 app started glitching so cancelled the subscription and after terrible customer service had to reinstall new app. This finally fixed the glitching but now no links to purchase cloud and memory card function doesn’t work. It’s like they don’t want to support the camera anymore.

Don’t trust downloading this April 2026 update
December 2025 update added full page adds that’s hard to exit. This new update is released, and my 4 cameras don’t connect anymore trying to force the new update. Throwing these cameras away, not putting this dangerous App on my phone!

Worked for a year and now won’t load camera screen neighbours is the exact same. Don’t buy
This is a very good app. Couple days has been down. I miss it so much. I’m so happy to have her back
